The Pearce Grip 1911 Pistol Grip Adapter replaces the pistol grip of the AR-15 rifles series with one that accepts most 1911 Government Model grips panels. The grip angle achieved with its application is the same as the popular 1911. Due to clearances on many of the Mil-Spec safety selector levers, it may be necessary to modify the 1911 grip panels to allow for proper selector function. (Many 60 degree safety levers do not require these additional modifications)
